Things we gladly deal with
- Corrections and updates. Bonus figures, payout speeds and cashier menus shift all the time. Point out anything on the site that no longer matches what an operator is actually offering, and we'll rerun the check and refresh the page.
- Operator submissions. Casinos are more than welcome to put themselves forward for review. The one non-negotiable applies to all of them: verdicts come from our own testing, and neither a place on a list nor a specific score is available to purchase.
- Player experience reports. First-person stories, a KYC ordeal that dragged on for weeks, or a support agent who really did save the day, go straight into our retesting queue and can absolutely move a casino up or down.
The things outside our reach
One boundary deserves to be stated plainly: CasinoClaude examines casinos from the outside and is not an operator itself. No player accounts sit with us, no player funds pass through us, and we have no power to step into disputes. Locked accounts, lost passwords and frozen withdrawals therefore need to go to the casino's own support team. If an operator refuses to resolve a legitimate complaint, take it up with the regulator that licenses that brand.
Worried about how much you play?
If gambling has started weighing on you or the people close to you, do not just sit with it. Our Responsible Gambling page gathers free, confidential support lines for each country we cover. Adults 18 and over only.
