The data we really collect
No player accounts exist on CasinoClaude, and not a single deposit, bet or withdrawal ever touches our servers. What reaches us is accordingly minimal: which pages you opened, a rough guess at your region, and the broad type of browser and device you used, all gathered via Microsoft Clarity and Matomo, along with anything you choose to write in an email to us.
| Data type | How we obtain it | Why we hold it |
|---|---|---|
| Pages viewed and click paths | Analytics scripts (once you consent) | To see which reviews and guides earn their place |
| Approximate location (country, region) | Derived from your IP address | To show region-relevant content and comply with local rules |
| Device and browser fingerprint (broad type) | Standard request headers | To fix layout bugs and prioritise mobile testing |
| Anything in an email you send us | You choose to send it | To reply and, if relevant, to update the site |
Cookies and traffic measurement
Through cookies and similar tools we learn how readers move around the site, which guides have earned their prominent positions, and which corners deserve more work. Every one of those measurements is taken at aggregate level and none of it is ever used to pick you out as an individual. If you prefer a browser that blocks cookies or clears them on its own timetable, that is completely fine, the site will keep working perfectly and our analytics dashboard will simply look a little quieter.
What affiliate links can see
Many of the outbound casino links in our reviews are affiliate links. If you follow one and later open an account, the operator can register that the sign-up originated at CasinoClaude, and that flag is what our commission is based on. Nothing extra is charged to you, the arrangement carries no weight in how any casino is scored, and no personal account details ever travel back from the operator to us.
Third parties, your rights and contacting us
Part of our data processing happens inside third-party services, chiefly our analytics vendors and our email host, each governed by its own privacy documentation. Casino Claude has never sold or rented personal data and never will. If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom or any jurisdiction offering comparable protections, you may ask us at any point to disclose, correct or delete whatever personal information we hold about you.
Direct those requests, along with any other question about this document, to [email protected]. We will revise this page whenever our tooling or the legal landscape moves, and the wording you are reading is the version current as of 2026.
